Day One - Wednesday, Feb. 17

Arrive & Meet

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. There will be yoga offered and group meals, but the day is yours to settle into your new surroundings.

Day Two - Thursday, Feb 18

Ceremony Day

The day is held for ceremony. All journeys are optional. Kambo and Toad will be offered.

Day Three - Friday, Feb. 19

Integration Day

Let the medicine work. Throughout the day, choose an experience that speaks to you. Your free time and outings offered can be enjoyed with others or on your own.

Day Five - Saturday, Feb. 21

Closing Day

A final yoga class will be offered followed by a closing circle and final integration from the Mushroom Ceremony. Departures will take place throughout the day.

Excursions Available

Gallion Loop Trail — moderate 2.5-hr hike through Soufrière up to the mountain village of Gallion, past star fruit, cashew, mango, & cocoa.

Perdu Temps Trail — moderate 1.5-hr hike to “the Garden of Eden,” with fruit picking and an organic farm / healing garden stop

Middleham & Trafalgar Falls — easy-to-moderate hike to a waterfall pool (Trafalgar has both a hot- and cold-water fall)

Scott's Head — short walk to where the Caribbean and Atlantic meet, with sweeping coastal views

Snorkeling / Kayaking / Diving — Soufrière & Scott's Head Marine Reserve

Birdwatching — custom itinerary — 175 species call the island home

Day Four - Saturday, Feb. 20

Mushroom Ceremony

For those participating, the Mushroom Ceremony will begin after the morning yoga class. Integration Groups, Somatic Processing, or Outings (group or individual) will be available for those not participating.
