Soul Union curates and holds immersive, ceremonial retreats devoted to deep healing. We tend to every part of the journey, gathering the modalities, the guides, the setting, and the care into one space where healing can happen. Sacred ceremony, breathwork, yoga, somatic practice, time in nature, and the support of community all live within it. The traditions we hold are not borrowed. They are lived, carried through lineage and study and years of walking beside people in their healing. Our circles are small and our attention is personal. You are not a number to us. You are a person we will come to know.
-
People come to us at thresholds. A loss, a calling, a season of burnout, a question they can no longer ignore. Some have walked this path before. Many have not. You do not need experience, and you do not need to arrive whole. You only need to be ready to do the work. Whoever you are, you are welcome here.
-
In the deep states that ceremony, breath, and sacred tradition can open, the defenses we carry often soften, and what has been held can finally be felt and released. Again and again, people describe the same things. A profound peace. A sense of connection. The remembering that they were never as alone as they believed. What surfaces there is yours, and we hold the space around you as it does.
-
No. Many who come to us have never done this kind of work before, and everything we hold is designed to help first-time participants feel prepared, safe, and supported at every step. Whether this is your first journey or one of many, you will be met where you are.
-
Before anyone joins us, we take the time to get to know you. Every participant moves through a thoughtful screening and intake process, a warm conversation and a careful review of your health history, so we can understand what you are seeking and make sure our space is a good and safe fit for you. This is where care begins. It allows us to prepare you well, to honor the true scope of what we offer, and to make certain that no one arrives carrying something that would be better held by another kind of support.
-
No. You do not need a particular faith or background to be welcome here. People arrive from every walk of life, and some from no tradition at all. All that is asked is an open heart and a willingness to be honest with yourself.
-
Yes. A retreat is one path, but not the only one. We also walk with people through healing and integration in the ordinary course of their lives. If a retreat is not what you need right now, we can still meet you where you are.
-
Always. Some things are better felt in a conversation than read on a page. If you are curious or uncertain, reach out. There is no pressure, only a chance to ask what you need and see whether this feels right.
