Meet our Team
Selena Anduze Kenner
Something in you has shifted. Maybe a profound experience cracked you open. Maybe a quieter knowing has been growing. Either way, you are standing at a threshold, sensing something has changed but not yet knowing how to live it. I know this territory from the inside. A profound experience can change us in a single moment. But without the space to understand and embody what has been revealed, even the most meaningful experience can remain a story we tell instead of a change we live.
As a healer of Taíno heritage, I carry a lineage that has always known body, mind, and spirit are whole only together. For more than three decades, I have devoted my life to that truth. I taught anatomy and kinesiology to nurses and bodyworkers and practiced medical massage with both people and horses, learning how the body holds our experiences, communicates what words cannot, and carries its own profound intelligence.
I spent years as an actor, exploring the stories we inhabit, the identities we create, and the difference between a performed life and a lived one. I later found a language that brought these threads together through Jungian practitioner work and my ongoing apprenticeship with sacred earth medicines.
The deepest work we do is becoming who we already are. So much of what runs our lives was written by someone else: old stories, inherited roles, and wounds we never chose. As a Certified Integration Specialist, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where those stories can be seen with new eyes, embodied with new understanding, and gently transformed into a life that feels deeply and authentically your own.
Michael Kenner
I have spent my life exploring a question most people never think to ask:
How does the space around us shape the space within us?
For more than two decades as the founder of MiKen Development, I designed biophilic, restorative environments — work recognized twice by the Urban Land Institute — guided by the understanding that the places we inhabit influence what becomes possible within us.
Long before my work in somatic healing and ceremonial spaces, I created recovery programs for young men and men returning from incarceration. Through this work, I came to understand that transformation is not only mental — it lives in the body. This path evolved into my role as Community Coordinator for the Southeast region of the ManKind Project, where I walk alongside men committed to growth, accountability, community, and a more conscious expression of masculinity.
As a Certified Somatic Trauma Specialist, I support people in reconnecting with what has been carried beneath the surface through embodied practices that invite healing, release, and reconnection. My work weaves together somatic healing and an exploration of masculine and feminine polarity, helping people return to a deeper sense of balance, strength, and authenticity.
Through Soul Union Retreats, I bring together my lifelong understanding of space, healing, and human transformation to create intentional ceremonial experiences where safety, structure, and spirituality come together. From curating the environment and collaborating with expert facilitators to designing the rhythm and flow of each retreat, I create the conditions for profound experiences to unfold with intention, grounding, and care.
My forthcoming book, Man Ascending: A Blueprint for Modern Masculinity, brings together decades of experience with men's work, healing, initiation, and embodied leadership, exploring a path toward masculinity rooted in strength, emotional depth, responsibility, and connection.
Amanda Carmichael
My work lives at the intersection of body, spirit, and soul. I'm a yoga teacher, somatic movement guide, sex and intimacy coach, and intuitive practitioner who weaves together movement, meditation, tarot, ritual, and deep presence to help people reconnect with themselves.
For me, the body is one of our greatest teachers. Every sensation, every emotion, every breath carries wisdom. When we slow down enough to listen, we begin to uncover the truth that's been waiting beneath our conditioning all along. I believe healing isn't something we force, it's something we allow.
My own journey has taught me that transformation rarely comes from striving. It comes from surrender, curiosity, courage, and a willingness to meet ourselves with compassion. Through years of studying yoga, somatics, meditation, intimacy, spiritual practices, and intuitive guidance, I've learned that the answers we seek are often already within us. We simply need the space to hear them.
Together we'll move, breathe, laugh, cry, explore, rest, and reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies, the medicine of the Earth, and the quiet voice of our own intuition. Whether we're sitting in ceremony, pulling tarot cards, sharing stories, or dancing through mindful practices, my intention is always the same: to create a space where you feel safe enough to soften, brave enough to expand, and supported enough to step into the fullest expression of who you are.

Amani
A Florida-born professional with Colombian heritage, my journey evolved from clinical psychology to holistic healing after a transformative personal event. I now guide others by integrating ancestral plant medicines to explore consciousness and facilitate spiritual awakening. I have undergone extensive Amazonian training with Indigenous maestros and traditional healers, immersing in the wisdom, ceremony, plant diets, and spiritual disciplines of the jungle. This training continues to guide my work with deep reverence, integrity, and gratitude to the ancestral lineages that steward these sacred traditions. I support individuals in reconnecting with their truest selves through safe, sacred, and intentional experiences with plant medicine, deep inner work, and integration practices that create lasting transformation.
Shaman Rah
Derek "Shaman Rah" Taylor is a nervous system specialist and transformational guide who helps people move from one identity into the next through embodied safety, self-awareness, and authentic expression.
His work starts from a simple premise: real change begins in the nervous system. When the body feels safe, people can access their truth and become who they're already becoming.
With over sixteen years of experience, Rah teaches nervous system regulation and helps people build lasting freedom from old survival patterns. His approach blends hypnosis, NLP, timeline therapy, somatic practice, and sound healing.
He holds certifications as a Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and Timeline Therapy Practitioner, and works as an ordained minister and shaman. Through his programs, including The Violet Flame and the Living Bridge Method, he teaches people to stabilize the nervous system, release old patterns, and live with more clarity and peace.
His mission is simple: help people feel safe enough to stay awake, embodied, and fully themselves.
Our Mission
We hold immersive, ceremonial retreats in some of the most beautiful places on Earth, built around sacred healing, ceremony, nature, and community.
At the Heart of Our Work
We curate every part of the experience with care. We bring together the modalities, the guides, the setting, and the support, and hold a space where deep healing can happen. Some come for the ceremony itself. Some come for the quiet, the nature, the community, or the chance to be supported through something they have carried a long time.
What Guides Us
Healing is not something you achieve. It happens when a person is finally held well enough to stop bracing and simply be.
We believe the deepest healing comes from reconnection. So much of what troubles us grows out of separation, from each other, from the Earth, from the sacred, from ourselves. The work we support is the work of coming back into connection.
